Position : Inside Service TechnicianLocation : High Point, NCCompany : Industrial ManufacturerDescription : This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing industrial manufacturer in the High Point area! This person is responsible for handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints about products and helping troubleshoot the problems over the phone.
If the Inside Service Tech cannot fix the problem virtually then they would dispatch the Field Service team out to the customer site.
Having experience working in the field on machinery is a plus as well as an electrical and hydraulic aptitude This position is 100% on site and there is an on call rotation with the rest of the team.
- High School or GED required- 3+ years industrial service / customer service experience required- Great communication and customer service skills required- Mechanical expereince is a plus- Must have knowledge on the machines and be able to explain parts to customers
