Are you an experienced Home Infusion Pharmacist looking for an exciting short-term opportunity? RPh on the Go is seeking a licensed and skilled pharmacist to join our team for a 3-month contracted assignment in Chicago, Illinois.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading healthcare provider, making a significant impact on patient care in the home infusion sector.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare, dispense, and monitor IV medications for home infusion patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure proper patient therapy and medication management.
- Provide patient counseling and education on infusion therapy.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
Shift :
Monday - Friday : 9 : 00am - 5 : 00pm
Qualifications :
- Strong Clinical background
- IL License clear and active
- Current IG or Infusion experience
