Description :

We are seeking a skilled senior level JavaScript developer to join our front-end development team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing user interface components using React and / or Angular.

You will also be responsible for profiling and improving front-end performance and documenting our front-end codebase, you should have in-depth knowledge of JavaScript and excellent front-end coding skills, and a good understanding of progressive web applications.

Ultimately, a top-class UI developer should be able to design and build modern user interface components to enhance application performance.

This role will also be seen as a leader on the team and open to mentoring junior level developers.

Must have skill set : React, Next.js, Typescript, REST and SOAP endpoint and Wordpress / similar CMS integration

Nice to have : Angular, Vue, PHP, Node, GraphQL , JQuery, CSS, Splunk and .NET understanding

Techstack :

Knowledge of Adobe Workfront, Atlassian tools, VSCode, plus ability to perform unit testing and adhere to strict ADA / accessibility web standards

Proficient with GitHub and TFS

Experience with Composer, web pack, gulp

Essential Functions / Responsibility Statements :

Write high-quality reusable code to develop the dynamic user interface for various platforms

Collaborate with Product Manager, Designers, Senior Developers, Quality and business partners for work planning, sharing new ideas, code demonstrations, troubleshooting, and bug fixing

Keep up to date with technical and process documentation

Optimize front-end elements to maximize performance across different devices and browser

Assist team members in architectural compliance, functional accuracy validation, and adherence to appropriate industry standards

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Information Technology or equivalent field. Req

Information Technology, Technical Application Development, or similar experience., + Years Req

Skills and Abilities :

Strong communication and presentation skills, as well as strong / proven management skills.

Ability to continually assess and evaluate the impact of emerging technologies against the strategic business needs and interpret business value for the leadership team in a consultative capacity.

Provides strong leadership to the various team members through mentoring, career development, interpersonal skills, teamwork ethic, and enabling leadership skills.

Proven understanding of Computer Science fundamentals including web development, service-oriented architecture, cloud computing, test driven development and domain driven design.

Strong services oriented architecture experience.

Ability to lead multiple sub-teams through example and persuasion.

Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.

Ability to develop and maintain applicable industry knowledge and best practices.

Ability to stay up to date on industry trends.

Ability to foresee / predict industry direction.
