Administrative Assistant/ Patient Access Specialist- ENT Clinic at Rutledge Tower

Job Description

Summary

The ENT clinic has many subspecialties within the clinic enabling a multidisciplinary approach to caring for our patients.

The providers we support specialize in facial plastics, reconstructive surgery, voice and swallowing, disorders of the ears, nose and throat, and much more! A normal clinic day would be supporting various procedures in clinic as well as working with your provider for the day to work through clinic.

Clinic tasks include intaking of patients, preparing rooms for patients, gathering of needed information for clinic visits, coordinating services during clinic visits, giving injections and much more! As a clinical care team member you will become highly skilled in ENT and ultimately be an expert in this field.

This clinic is open Monday through Friday, no weekends or holidays!

Job Description

The Patient Support Coordinator reports to the Outpatient Clinic Manager. Under general supervision, the Patient Support Coordinator is the first line of contact with patients assisting with patient calls and inbound / outbound faxes.

The Patient Support Coordinator insures the day-to-day clerical functions of the clinic are completed in an efficient manner to expedite patient flow.
