ServiceNow Solutions Architect Overview :
Our client is implementing ServiceNow as a digital transformation platform to enable customer support and customer relationship management processes and best practices.
The solution scope includes design and deployment of custom apps or delivered modules within the company’s existing ServiceNow environment that meet issue tracking and service management requirements and provide self-service functionality and a support portal for end users.
Requirements and Qualifications :
- Minimum 10+ of total IT experience in which 7+ years with ServiceNow deployment experience including process automation (orchestration), client scripts, UI actions, scheduled jobs, business rules, data imports, custom apps, and web services integration (SOAP, REST)
- Understanding and having experience in driving process optimization, efficiencies and productivity using automation tools
- SME with ServiceNow architecture
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work effectively without supervision
- Strong analytical skills, communication, and presentation skills
- Able to work Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm PST hours
