We are a highly specialized Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Practice looking for experienced an experienced Clinic Scheduler.
Hours :
- Typically Monday 8am-4pm and Tuesday-Friday 8am-5pm.
- Because we have clinics several times a week, hours may vary + / - an hour depending on patient needs. The first 2 weeks at the office will be a paid training period during which both parties will be able to assess if they feel the position is a good fit.
- No weekends

The first 3 months at the office, including the 2 weeks of training, will be part of a probation period during which unemployment will not be offered if for any reason you were to decline the position.
Once hired, if you decide at any point to resign from the position, we require 2 weeks notice so we can arrange for appropriate coverage.
Work Experience :
Surgical scheduling experience is preferred. Previous EHR experience is required. Our office EHR is "Advanced MD".

Job Duties :
- Schedule clinics for five providers
- Ensure the schedule is input correctly with demographics and locations
- Check for any inefficiencies with schedule
- Review patient paperwork
- Accurately inputs and updates patient information to scheduling spreadsheets
- Provides ongoing communication with patients regarding any appointment changes or general updates
- Routing calls to the appropriate department
- Patient message routing via secure text platfortm
- Communicate with clinical staff of schedule changes
- Other administrative duties as needed
