We are actively recruiting for a Nuvolo Application Administrator. GBS offers Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k and 401k Match, STD, LTD and Life Insurance with Accidental Death and Dismemberment, Voluntary Life Insurance with Accidental Death and Dismemberment and Paid Time Off.
GBS is looking for a Nuvolo Application Administrator to support the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Business Operations Office (BOO).
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and ongoing maintenance of Nuvolo in the NIST ServiceNow environment.
Public Trust Clearance Required.
Job Functions
- Support integrations, troubleshooting, product updates, and testing for platform and integration updates
- Work closely with the Office of Information System Management (OISM) Nuvolo developers and ServiceNow Platform team
- Support reporting and dashboards in addition to contributing to the development and maintenance of technical and process documentation
- Evaluate, coordinate, and assist with installation and testing of vendor updates and new releases while maintaining system integrity and availability across development, test, and production environments
- Stay abreast of new features and functionality, playing a key role in driving continual improvement, platform expansion, and adoption

Education / Certification Requirements
- Baseline Training (recommended)

- System Administration Advanced
