Needed : full-time, experienced Facility Maintenance Director with experience in healthcare setting, ideally long-term care.
- Must have a minimum of three (3) years of facility maintenance experience in a healthcare setting working in a Long Term Care Facility or Skilled Nursing Home.
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
- Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
- Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives.
- Must be knowledgeable of boilers, compressors, generators, etc., as well as various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Must have the ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Must be knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations.
Supervisor of Department - Manage schedules, disciplines, education, call outs for department. Inservices Building Wide on facility codes and safety.
