Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Healthcare Recruiter at Shelby Healthcare in Oklahoma City, OK. The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for healthcare nurse staffing, hiring, credentialing, providing exceptional customer service, effective communication, and conducting recruiting activities.
Qualifications
- Experience in Healthcare Staffing and Hiring is a plus
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Proven track record in Recruiting is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and standards
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field
