Yes nPatient Types : nCare areas : Outpatient, Inpatient ED / ICU / MedSurg, Operating Room nPrimarily Adult / Geriatrics with some Peds nFluoroscopy, C-Arm in OR, Ortho Ortho Trauma, ICU, MedSurg, ER (CXRAY, AB scans, Vascular) nPatients seen in a day (average per day) : n25-30 scans nRequired Licensure and Certifications : nBLS nARRT (R) required nME State license nSkills required : nOR / C-arm experience nExperience with above patient types nFluoroscopy experience if traveler has not done Fluoro but is strong overall, send to manager for approval prior to offer vs.
declining nSupport within Department : nLead Tech nInternal Transport nRadiologist on site nTechnology / Equipment : nEMR : Cerner nPACS : Enterprise Imaging AGFA nEquipment : n1st imaging room : Siemens n2nd imaging room : T-Rad with Siemens ART PIX to make it digital (general Xray room) nFluoroscopy unit Cannon Ultimax Hybrid C-arm (General Radiology procedures + Pain Clinic) nOperating Room : Phillips C-Arm nMobile units : Phillips C-arms, Siemens Portable (Digital), GE AMX 4 portable, Mini C-arm for Ortho scans nFloating : If yes, where?
nfixed location other than OR or portables for inpatient scans nOrientation : n1 -1.5 weeks, based on experience / comfort level nScheduling : nWeekend rotation : nVaries based on need specifics will be sent over with requisition for interview (check with CRT if you do not receive this) nNo call required nHoliday Expectations : done in rotation with other techs nRTO : Manager Approval nSchedule : n7 week schedules nSpecific shift will vary based on need specifics will be sent over with requisition for interview (check with CRT if you do not receive this) nOther notes : nScrub Color : any solid color as long as professional, or provided by facility if needed nParking : Free
