Job Description
We are seeking a Media Buyer who excels at creating and optimizing high-performance ad campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.
In this key role, you will drive client success, manage substantial advertising budgets, and achieve outstanding Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Requirements
- At least 2 years of media buying experience
- Demonstrated success managing monthly budgets of $50k+
- Strong analytical skills
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
- Proficient in Meta and Google platforms

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Resourceful and proactive in addressing challenges and improving campaign performance
- Collaborate closely with clients and team members to ensure alignment with client objectives
- Campaign Strategy and Execution : Launch and continuously optimize ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok to drive client success
- Monitor client accounts daily and provide regular updates to the team
- Perform in-depth analysis of campaign data to refine strategies and consistently achieve or exceed KPIs, with a strong emphasis on maximizing ROAS
- Budget Management : Oversee and allocate budgets across multiple clients to ensure efficient spending and maximize ROI

Compensation
The salary range is $50,000 - $70,000 annually plus a monthly performance bonus that starts after 3 months from start date.
