Tax Expertise Consultant

As a Tax Expertise Consultant, you will work with customers to provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software / product support. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to understand each customer's unique situation.

The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software. They will also be familiar with Circular 230 and possess an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
