The JM Family College Internship program is designed to create an opportunity for college students to have meaningful work experiences that tie to their programs of study.
As part of this program, you will actively contribute to your team’s success, learn about JM Family’s companies and culture while obtaining new skills through learning opportunities, networking events and much more.
The ideal candidate will be available to work full time hours during the Summer Internship Program (May 27, 2025 - August 1, 2025).
Interns will engage in meaningful work and gain insights into specific projects or tasks, providing hands-on experience, and contributing to various department initiatives.
They will learn about JM Family’s culture including our core values : Consideration, Cooperation, Communication, Innovation and Accountability.

This internship will include projects and tasks that relate to Data Analytics as well as the design, development, and support of process automation, reporting, and visualization solutions.
The intern will plan, conceptualize, build, and support data solutions. These solutions promote efficiencies and solve business challenges by leveraging data for reporting, automation, and decision-making processes.
Data Solutions leverages SETF data, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Data Management, Reporting, and Citizen IT tools. Data Solutions drives towards delivering solutions to produce business value through reduced dependency on significant IT bandwidth.
The department focuses on using data to deploy solutions with lower costs, in rapid development cycles, with agility, and broad technical skills.
Responsibilities :
Gather and assess requirements; design, develop, test, deploy, and support data solutions
Develop and comply with team methodologies, processes, standards, documentation
Manage Data Solutions development and support work demand
Qualifications :
This is a full-time, hybrid position.
The ideal candidate will be actively enrolled in a bachelor's or graduate degree-seeking program at an accredited college or university with a focus on Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or Data Engineering (qualified candidates actively enrolled for a degree in a related field will also be considered) and must have completed at least one semester of classes.
Relevant completed coursework including technical classes on visualization, building solutions using low-code / no-code tools like Microsoft Power Platform, or similar
Strong knowledge of building dashboards in Tableau, Power BI
