YourMission in Funcom

As anIntermediate Game Tester you will contribute to ensuring thequality of our games.

You will evaluate andperform testing on the games features and content report issueshelp developers with reproducing identifying and isolating bugs andcollaborate with the development team to ensure highqualityexperiences for ourplayers.

How youcan have an impact in yourposition :

• Own aproject area and ensure that all the checks are properlyexecuted
• Create and execute test cases based ondesign documents
• Work closely with the ProjectManagers Developers and Testers to deliver the tasks on time andwith the expected quality
• Help maintain thegood functionality of the game systems by developing an intimateunderstanding of them and their associatedrequirements
• Perform testing accurately andthoroughly within a specified time frame to detect bugs softwareflaws and / or design issues
• Report the testresults provide regular updates and escalate concerns to relevantstakeholders
• Ensure the quality of testingdeliverables

Weare looking for you tohave :

• Passion forvideo games
• Advancedlevel knowledge of QAprocesses
• Ability to provide qualitativefeedback for the game
• Experience with test casemanagement tools and defect tracking tools (Test rail / JIRA / Confluence)
• Experience with the test cycle of acommercial game project through alpha beta launch andmaintenance
• Professional attitude and a trackrecord of being proactive selfdriven meticulous andcurious
• Strong analytical and problemdetectionskills
• Good verbal and written Englishcommunicationskills

Inaddition ideally you might alsohave :

• QAexperience on currentgen consoles
• Advancedknowledge of SDLC
• Experience with playingSurvival games and RPGs (Conan Exiles ARK Rust 7Daysetc.)
• Around 12 years working experience ingaming.
