We are partnered with a well known company that is seeking a Sr. Director of Treasury. The position is on-site 4 days per week in West LA.
Salary : $190-$250k
Responsibilities :
- Ownership of debt covenant compliance package
- Deep knowledge of and experience with credit agreements and debt capital markets
- Design and implement systems to streamline efficiencies
- Manage team of 2
- Oversee debt administration
- Assist with capital structure strategy, planning and execution
- Manage lender relations
- Develop and maintain working capital and free cash flow forecast
- Manage debt activity
- Manage foreign exchange risk management program and policies
Required Qualifications :
- 15+ years of progressive experience
- 3+ years of experience leading a team
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
- MS Finance preferred
- CFA preferred
- Large company experience
- Capital market transaction experience
