River Point Behavioral Health, a subsidiary of UHS, is an 84-bed treatment facility, conveniently located in beautiful central Jacksonville, FL that specializes in the successful treatment of substance abuse and mental health issues for youth, adults and seniors.

We are pleased to announce the following available position : Director of Quality Assurance / Improvement and Compliance.
Must have prior Healthcare quality assurance experience to be considered for the position.
Coordinates quality improvement and compliance activities of clinical and support services. Coordinates and guides all employees in interpretation of State, Federal and Managed Care regulatory guidelines and gives assistance on how to attain compliance of regulation.
Serves as the Service Excellence Facilitator, Patient Advocate, and Compliance Officer for facility.
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Healthcare Management or a related field. This position must be very familiar with TJC, State and Federal standards and regulations.
Also, must have excellent organizational skills, and be able to maintain reports, policies and procedures. Must have excellent communication skills that include the ability to interact with and coordinate all levels of staff.
Must have a minimum 4 years data collection and analysis.
