Arrowhead is helping a growing client in Hudson, OH fill a role for a Production Engineer. The Production Engineer would assist the Production Manager to create efficient systems that integrate workers, machines, materials, information and energy to make a product.
Pay range $80k-$90k
Essential Functions :
- Prepare machinery and equipment layouts, plan workflows, conduct statistical production studies and analyze production costs.
- Require understanding of radio frequency technology in order to develop test plans, specify equipment and troubleshoot finished products
- Create and update product design specification. This would include part assembly drawings and vendor documentations.
- Implement and maintain all part revisions, bills materials in both CAD and ERP databases.
- Work with production to identify and develop process improvements
- Review and root cause product field failures and drive corrections to product design or manufacturing
Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in process manufacturing or design engineering
- Bachelor’s in electrical engineering
- Experience with RF technology - radio, wireless frequency (preferred)
- 3D CAD using CREO, Solidworks or equivalent software
