We're searching for a diligent full-time in-person office assistant to provide administrative support to a team of attorneys and other professionals.
You’ll be responsible for interfacing with clients, and vendors and handling incoming communications in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments, and company trips, ordering office equipment, and marketing our brand through community events and print and digital mediums.
Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess excellent communication skills, and have some background in customer service.

A 4-year college degree is required.
Compensation :
$41,600, plus quarterly bonuses
Responsibilities :
- Answer phone calls and emails to act as a liaison between clients and staff members to improve customer retention and referral rates
- Work to create marketing opportunities and plan events for our customer base in the community to improve company reputation and visibility
- Order office equipment and supplies as needed
- Organize and maintain office common areas
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Coordinate meetings and events
- Draft basic communications and documents
- Assist with staff on- and off-boarding
- Assist with the Firm's social media efforts
- File and maintain firm documents
- Draft, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures for the role
Qualifications :
- Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers
- Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work
- Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
- Customer service and / or administrative experience (strongly preferred)
- Experience in a professional services firm (preferred)
- Experience with Smokeball, Clio, Practice Panther, and the like (strongly preferred)
- A 4-year college degree (required)
