Position Summary :
The Senior Sourcing Analyst will play an important role in supporting procurement efforts through effective sourcing strategies, supplier management, and contract negotiations.
The role focuses on driving cost-efficiency, managing risk, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic sourcing and procurement across multiple categories.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings, mitigate risks, and meet business objectives.
- Analyze spend data and market trends to identify sourcing opportunities and optimize vendor relationships.
- Lead contract negotiations with key suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with organizational standards.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to align procurement processes with broader business goals.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure service quality and cost effectiveness.
- Stay updated on market conditions, supplier landscapes, and emerging trends to adapt sourcing strategies as needed.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience in managing supplier contracts and evaluating vendor performance.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
