Your New Role As a Building Controls Sales Representative :
Spearhead the sale of comprehensive, integrated control systems for HVAC and energy management across diverse commercial sectors.
Cultivate and manage key client relationships with an entrepreneurial approach, where your solutions become indispensable to their operations.
Develop strategic sales plans that align with company goals and have the potential to significantly impact business growth.
Work closely with a leadership team that’s as committed to your success as you are, with the flexibility to truly own your role.
What's In It for You :
Base salary of $100,000 , with the potential to earn an additional $50,000 - $60,000 in commissions based on performance, total salary of $150,000+ annually.

You possess a deep technical knowledge of HVAC, lighting, access control, and energy management systems , and can translate that expertise into actionable client solutions.

6+ years of sales experience in building automation or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
Strong technical knowledge of building control technologies , including HVAC, lighting, and energy management systems .
Proficient in relevant software , hardware , and programming required for building automation systems .
Familiarity with industry-standard protocols and communication interfaces (BACnet, Modbus, etc.).
Capable of managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring compliance with quality standards and client specifications .
Thorough understanding of local, state, and national regulations and codes relevant to building automation systems .
Experience in mentoring and providing guidance to junior team members to support their growth.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
