Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for assisting with the planning and execution of the organization's FP&A function, including the consolidation of semi-annual budgets, consolidation of monthly forecasts, preparation of various analyses and financial packages for senior management, and preparation of presentations to senior management and the Board of Directors.

Responsibilities :
- Assist with preparation and review of monthly financial packages for senior management, with a more comprehensive quarterly financial package in conjunction with quarterly earnings calls / releases.
- Assist in the semi-annual planning, preparation, and analysis of consolidated budgets and related schedules.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of the divisional and consolidated results through analytical reviews and discussions with finance teams globally.
- Prepare ad hoc requests for senior management.
- Assist with special projects, as needed.
Requirements :
- 4+ years in a corporate finance or FP&A role in a multi-national company required.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Knowledge and experience working with Oracle Hyperion Essbase and HFM systems.
- Knowledge and experience working with SAP general ledger system.
- Strong analytical / critical thinking skills, detail-oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills :
- Retail Experience.
- Essbase / SAP.
Compensation Range : $95,000 - $105,000
$95,000 - $105,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications.
