Compensation is very competitive with a strong base salary and bonus incentive. A background real estate or project accounting is desired.
Responsibilities will include :
- Maintain general ledger
- Oversee accounts payable / receivables clerks
- Reconciliations
- Prepare financial reports
- Maintain internal controls
- Related duties as required
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in accounting (masters / CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Proficient with large ERP system
- Strong communication skills
