Position : Chinese Translator Company : Phoenix HouseFoundation Inc Location : California MO United States ContractDetails : Fulltime Phoenix House Foundation Inc a leading nonprofitorganization in the field of addiction and behavioral healthtreatment is seeking a fulltime Chinese Translator to join our teamin California MO.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highlyskilled and motivated individual to make a meaningful impact in thelives of those struggling with addiction and mental health issues.

As a Chinese Translator you will play a crucial role in providingaccurate and effective translation services for our Chinesespeakingclients.

You will work closely with our clinical and administrativestaff to ensure that all communication and documentation isaccurately translated and culturally sensitive.

This includes butis not limited to treatment plans progress notes educationalmaterials and client correspondence. Key Responsibilities : Provideaccurate and timely translation services for all Chinesespeakingclients and staff members Translate a variety of documentsincluding treatment plans progress notes educational materials andclient correspondence Ensure that all translated materials areculturally sensitive and accurately reflect the intended meaningCollaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensureaccurate communication and understanding between clients and staffmembers Attend meetings and appointments with clients as needed toprovide interpretation services Maintain confidentiality of allclient information and adhere to all HIPAA regulations Stayuptodate on industryspecific terminology and cultural nuances toensure accurate translations Assist with other duties as assignedby supervisor Qualifications : Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) andEnglish both written and verbal Bachelors degree in TranslationLinguistics or a related field preferred Minimum of 2 years ofexperience in translation or interpretation Knowledge of medicaland / or mental health terminology preferred Strong communication andinterpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhereto all HIPAA regulations Ability to work independently and as partof a team Strong attention to detail and accuracy Flexibility towork occasional evenings and weekends as needed At Phoenix HouseFoundation Inc we believe in promoting a healthy worklife balanceand providing our employees with a supportive and inclusive workenvironment.
