Network Designs, Inc. seeks a skilled and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be crucial in identifying and attracting top talent to meet our organization's technical hiring needs.
The Technical Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers, understand technical requirements, and implement effective recruitment strategies to ensure the acquisition of highly qualified candidates.
Requirements :
This position is hybrid and will require working on site in McLean, VA at least twice a week.
Qualifications and Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Five years' of experience is required
Government Contracting experience is a plus.
Must have proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in a technology-focused industry.
Familiarity with technical skills and terminology relevant to the industry.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
Responsibilities :
Understanding Technical Requirements :
Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand the technical skills, qualifications, and experience required for open positions.
Candidate Sourcing :
Utilize various channels, job boards, social media, professional networks, etc., to actively source and attract potential candidates.
Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Candidate Screening :
Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications.
Conduct initial screenings to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Interviewing :
Coordinate and conduct technical interviews.
Work Assess candidates' technical abilities and interpersonal skills.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers :
Works closely with hiring managers to understand their team dynamics, goals, and specific hiring requirements.
Provide regular updates on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines.
Candidate Experience :
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely feedback and information.
Data Management :
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Generate reports and metrics to track recruitment effectiveness.
