THE REQUIREMENTS FOR AN ASSISTANT CHEF

• 3+ years of experience
• Ability to obtain a complete understanding of daily menu items and relate that information to customers
• Ability to keep up with peak production and service hours
• Service-oriented with excellent customer service skills
