Job Description :
This position is a 2-3 month contract role with the potential for permanent employment based on performance. The selected candidate will be crucial in managing order entries and responding to customer inquiries during a critical project phase.
Key Responsibilities :
- Enter and process purchase orders electronically from authorized distributors and customers.
- Handle data entry tasks across multiple systems.
- Respond to 40-50 customer inquiries per day via email.
- Process additional transactions such as document reprints, expedite requests, and certificate creation.
Qualifications :
- 1-3 years of experience in corporate data entry or customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in MS Office required; ERP and CRM systems experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team in a 100% in-office environment.

- Work Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 AM 5 : 00 PM
- Dress Code : Business casual (jeans allowed)
