RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Meet and greet customers in a professional manner in-person & on the phone
- Service appointment scheduling for customers over the phone and in person.
- Appointment confirmation 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment.
- Process loaner vehicle agreements
- Processing payments and invoicing and other miscellaneous office duties
- Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries
- Follow up calls to maintain high satisfaction rating with guests
- Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
REQUIREMENTS :
Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Automotive basic knowledge a plus
- Must be willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
