Location : Stamford, CT

Responsibilities :

• Manage daily branch operations including sales, inventory, and customer service.
• Lead and motivate team to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
• Resolve customer issues and maintain relationships.
• Implement sales strategies and ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in branch management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of financial management and budgeting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.
