We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to provide support to our office, U.S. and International salespeople.

The starting salary is in the 67k - 77k range based on experienceWHAT YOU’LL BE DOING : Provide support on all appropriate aspects related to Human Resources for assigned divisions and for the company.

An example of the tasks you will be responsible for include : Complete assigned recruiting responsibilitiesMake recommendations to compensation at the time of job offer as well as internal promotion opportunitiesProvide support for employment transactions including new hires, promotions, transfers, and separationsEffectively administer various employee HR programs which may include meeting planning, fleet administration, profit sharing, office events, Performance Management, Individual Development Program, Sales Contests, etc.

Understand benefits plans to provide information to employees as requiredLeave administration including ADA, FMLA, Military Leave, etc.

Maintain HR related policiesProvide training for assigned responsibilitiesHERE’S WHAT YOU BRING : Bachelor's degree is requiredTwo years of applicable HR experienceFluent in Spanish and EnglishStrong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on professional business languageAbility to travel overnight both domestically and internationally as neededProficiency in Word and ExcelOverview : Dart Container sets the Industry Standard of Excellence in the development, manufacture, and global distribution of innovative foodservice packaging solutions.

Under the Dart® and Solo® brand, Dart manufactures cups, plates, containers, and lids made from such materials as paper, sugar cane, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate (PET), expanded polystyrene foam and solid polystyrene to national and international foodservice markets.
