Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent the Voice of the customer and drive customer retention strategiesFacilitate communication and status meetings with customers while managing service delivery complianceCoordinate resources for Strategic Business Reviews and manage customer on-boarding processesRequired Qualifications5 - 10 years of strategic / enterprise account management experience in an ERP and / or hosting environmentExperience managing contract renewals that drive monthly recurring revenueProven ability to develop strong working relationships at both executive and staff levelsStrong background with Oracle solutions, such as Oracle EBS or JD EdwardsExperience managing customers hosted in public and private cloud infrastructure environments
