Job Summary : They are looking to add an Inside Sales Representative to their growing Uniondale, NY team. This will be a 100% onsite position with the flexibility for 1-day remote after 6-months.
This role involves working with Sales Executives on administrative duties, traveling on charters, assisting in the charter process, establishing client and team relationships, building networks, conducting proactive sales activities, balancing work and personal life, staying updated on market trends, controlling costs, adapting to team dynamics, setting up contracts and flights, and advancing clients in the sales process.
Job Responsibilities :
- Work in conjunction with Sales Executives on Administrative sales duties
- Travel on-board charters
- Assist Sales Executives on charter process; from qualifying through quoting,
- Establishes good relationships with clients and team
- Build wide and effective networks of contacts inside and outside the organization
- Pro-actively targeting your list through outbound sales calls, emails, and visits
- Balances the demands of a work life and a personal life
- Keep up to date with market trends; controls costs and thinks in terms of profit, loss and added value
- Adapts to the team, consults others and communicates proactively
- Contracting and flight setup
- Move clients to the next step in the sales process
- Building a wide and effective network of contacts inside and outside organization
Compensation & Benefits :
- Starting salary $55,500 USD + opportunities for commission
