Your role :
In this high visibility role, you are a critical function in supporting our Canadian Kidney Care sales teams' incentive compensation program, helping design and drive the process while partnering closely with sales leaders.
You will help design and drive the process while partnering closely with sales leaders, finance, human resources and incentivecompensation (IC) leadership to allocate field quota and design / develop annual compensation and contest plans inalignmentwiththe business’s strategic imperatives.
Provide Leadership and coaching on advanced analytical support, performance reporting and field sales variable compensation calculations for the US Baxter sales forces.
Database creation and management is required to support all compensation and quota related reporting.

What you'll be doing :
Manage quota adjustments, calculation of monthly commissions and submit commission payouts to payroll inalignmentwiththe published variable payroll calendar
Oversee preparation and publication of monthly performance reporting packages from field sales up to Senior Sales Leadership
Partner within Commercial Insights and Analytics, IT, IC Leadership and our customers to continuetogrow the organizational digital transformation journey
Execute payment approvals and coordinate adjustments to quota and / or sales data to ensure accurateincentivecompensation payments are aligned with the IncentiveCompensation policies and governance
Lead and coach within the organization to analyze and make recommendations on business issues and opportunities
Operate with a continuous improvementmindset to drive a LEAN culture
Lead and sponsor process innovation to develop and identify procedural gaps, driveforimprovement,createefficiencies, eliminate waste and enhance customer satisfaction
What you'll bring :
2+ yearsofSalesOperations / IncentiveCompensationexperience with bachelor’sdegree or 8 yearsofSalesOperations / IncentiveCompensationexperience without a bachelor’sdegree
Strong leadership, project management, analytical and problemsolvingskills
Strong workingknowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and database management
Tableau / Cognos and / or advanced reporting skills
Proficiency with Sales Performance Management (SPM) tools such as Xactly and IBM / Varicent preferred
Attentiontodetail and strong organizational skills isessential
