Qualifications
- Review daily inspection reports
- Formulate RMA’s
- Complete RMA process once parts are dispositioned
- Communicate with customers
- Formulate inspection instructions
- Update quality documents and forms
- Monitor and update Corrective actions
- Prepare formal reports
Skills
- Minimum of 2 years administration experience
- Basic knowledge of IATF, ISO and AS9100
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook (Level : High)
- Basic math skills
- Must be able to read blueprints
A day in the life at this company for this position consists of showing up and working 6am-2 : 30pm, Mon-Fri with OT as required.
In this position, you’d be mainly responsible for assisting the Quality Manager with quality inspection, RMA’s, making reports, updating quality documents and forms, etc.
