We are currently seeking a Patent Billing Coordinator to join our team at a leading law firm. In this role, you will work closely with attorneys and accounting colleagues to accurately manage and execute billing for our clients.

Responsibilities :
- Draft, edit, and prepare pre-bills and final bills per attorney / client specifications
- Verify accuracy of billing and supporting documentation
- Ensure proper rates and fee arrangements are reflected for each matter
- Manage e-billing requirements for clients
- Prepare and process write-downs and write-offs
- Research and respond to inquiries regarding billing issues
- Monitor WIP and A / R inventory for assigned attorneys
- Generate billing statements and production reports
- Maintain strict confidentiality at all times
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 1 year experience in legal billing
- Experience with Intellectual Property billing preferred
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent time management and communication abilities
