Job Description :

  • Collaborate with engineers to bring solutions from concept to reality.
  • Work with teams to integrate conveyor control solutions, automated material handling equipment, and autonomous vehicles.
  • Create and maintain electrical schematic drawings.
  • Develop and debug control system software in ladder logic and structured text.
  • Provide technical expertise in controls and electrical engineering.
  • Perform on-site commissioning support and electrical field wiring as needed.
  • Travel up to 30-40% may be required.

Skills :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Controls Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering, or 3+ years of experience in control systems engineering and PLC programming.
  • Proficiency in Ladder Logic and Structured Text programming languages.
  • Experience with PLC Programming on Rockwell Platforms Studio 5000 / RSLogix5000.
  • Preferably experienced in programming material handling systems like conveyors and sorters.
  • Skilled in schematic design using AutoCAD.
  • Ability to assist during equipment commissioning with wiring and installation.
  • Familiar with commissioning VFDs, PLCs, and barcode scanners, and establishing communications via Ethernet IP, DeviceNet, and Profibus protocols.

Education :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Controls Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering, or 3+ years of experience in control systems engineering and PLC programming.

Travel :

Up to 30-40% travel required.
