Requirements : High School Diploma or EquivalentAssociate's degree or 2+ years of quality assurance experienceSix Sigma or ASQ certification preferred.
Follow & execute various instructions (written, oral, diagrams, schedules).Solve routine / non-routine problems using existing procedures.
Utilize quality systems to manage incoming material status.Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.Description : Inspect incoming materials to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for production.
Assist with packaging floor activities, including equipment / room approval, facility compliance checks, audits, label inspections, and line clearance.
Review production batch records, logbooks, and associated documents for accuracy.Perform quality verification of just-in-time labeling activities.
Manage document issuance, scanning, filing, and archiving activities.Revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and forms as needed.
Assist in implementing efficiency improvement projects under guidance.Ensure all products are manufactured, packaged, and tested according to FDA regulations, Good Clinical Practices (GCPs), and internal SOPs.
Participate in quality programs and ensure products conform to established standards and agency guidelines.Conduct timely and compliant data gathering, investigations, and deviation handling.
Adhere to Good Documentation Practices (GDPs) and cGMPs to comply with FDA and MHRA guidelines.Respond to and interact professionally and promptly with internal and external clients.
