Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of physicians in assigned geography to identify and assess potential growth opportunities.
- Develop and effectively communicate value proposition to internal and external stakeholders.
- Work as a team with Business Development leadership, Operations, and facility leadership to create and execute strategic growth plans.
- Cultivate key stakeholder relationships both internal and external.
- Understand, collaborate, and influence which cases can be migrated to SCA facilities from hospitals or competing ASCs.
- Identify opportunities to implement or grow new service lines in collaboration with internal teams.
- Canvas the market for physicians to recruit, credential, and onboard into the surgery centers.
- Lead and organize physician onboarding and credentialing process with facility teams.
- Responsible for established goals and maximizing case volume from all credentialed physicians.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 Year Minimum Experience in Healthcare with Proven Track Record in Business Development or Sales Related Role
- Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) experience Preferred.
