POSITION SUMMARY :
The administrative assistant intern will provide administrative and clerical support to front office staff, with a focus on assisting the CEO.
Strong communication skills and strong typing skills preferred.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
Administrative Support :
- General clerical support
- Files paper copies of documents.
- Scan and electronically file documents.
- Data Entry
- Letter writing
- Update excel spreadsheets
- Faxing, organizing supplies and office environment
- Take meeting notes
- Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION / QUALIFCATIONS :
- Two years of college education, preferably English or business major with 3.0 GPA
- Proficient in MS Office and Windows
- Willing to work full time in summer.
