Wise Enterprise is looking to directly hire a Qualified Mental Health Professionals to work in Richmond, Virginia. Applicants must be currently registered with the Virginia Board of Counselors and Department of Health Professions .

Perform the following duties for assigned caseload.
- Maintain case records in accordance with licensing and Medicaid standards.
- Complete daily progress notes during school hours using BIRP formatting.
- Ensure confidentiality of clients receiving services
- Coordinate, develop, and implement Individualized Service Plans
- Provide quarterly updates on progress towards treatment goals as well as discharge planning and summaries.
- Conduct team meeting to incorporate all valid input into the Individual Service Plan development.
- Provide trauma informed, person centered, psychosocial and psychoeducational skill building interventions with each client to achieve treatment goals.
- Provide individual, family, and group counseling in keeping with approved credentialing and skill set.
- Facilitate individual and family sessions to address identified goals.
- Document all treatment activities to include phone calls, weekly family contacts, and care coordination.
- Ongoing and consistent communication with affiliated case professionals to include school, criminal / juvenile justice, social services, MCO / Payor, and other mental health providers weekly.
- Provide formal case updates and presentations to professionals in various settings (i.e., FAPT, IEP, Court)
Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree or master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related human services field is required.
Minimum) Must be registered with VA Dept of Health Professionals as a Qualified Mental Health Professional Child (QMHP-C), OR Qualified Mental Health Professional Trainee (QMHP-T).
Must possess a valid driver’s license with a driving record in good standing if driving personal and / or company owned vehicle in course of work.
