Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Engineering or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Typically possesses zero to three years of experience in managing large scale projects and use of associated management tools and techniques.
Demonstrated ability to develop requirements, adhere to schedules, develop and execute project plans, meet deadlines, operate under tight time constraints.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills including the ability to communicate moderately complex ideas and information to different audiences and levels.
Day to Day responsibility :
Coordinating and project managing the logistic and operations for a large-scale training deployment at Client.
Coordinating and scheduling training locations.
Planning the delivery and scheduling of all training events.
Handling all facilitators and vendor schedules and train the trainer events
Required Skills :
Training Logistics and operations, including large deployments
Ability to create, assign, schedule, record, and report training within SAP SuccessFactors
Advanced training deployment planning, including resource allocation, facilitator coordination, and facility scheduling.
Ability to synthesize completion reports to maintain timelines and deadlines
Stakeholder relationship management
Supply shipping and tracking for multiple concurrent events
Resource allocation for facilitation with part-time facilitator
Required Skills :
Experience deploying training programs over large geographic areas
Experience with managing materials and other resources for training
Experience finding, coordinating, scheduling, and training facilitators
Experience tracking training delivery to completion on tight timelines
Experience reporting progress and status for complex projects
Experience creating and providing highly detailed project plans for complex projects
Excellent communication skills
Experience using tools like Microsoft Planner or Microsoft Project to track and report project plans and status
