This position will be primarily hybrid with some required attendance in the Portland Metro area.
Skills & Qualifications :
- Strong writing skills, including experience writing blog and website content
- Familiarity with a CMS like WordPress
- 2-5 years experience in a marketing, PR, advertising agency, or graphic design position is preferred
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- HTML, CSS, and / or PHP knowledge preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office and Excel knowledge preferred
- Knowledge of search engine marketing, search engine optimization, and link building
- Willingness to occasionally tackle tasks well outside your job description
- Familiarity with CRMs (Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
- Must possess a growth, high character, positive, self-starter mindset
Responsibilities :
- Create and publish content for digital distribution across various channels
- Produce copywriting for various types of media including blogs, web pages, email, and video
- Collaborate with Sales, Design, and Operations teams to complete content creation tasks
- Measure the success of campaigns by analyzing results alongside Marketing Director, Creative Director, and Copywriter
- Monitor search engine performance and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Brainstorm with Marketing and cross-functional teams to conceive social media and copy ideas that attract customers, increase revenue, and boost our online presence
- Use marketing automation tools such as HubSpot to publish and organize content
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media
- Build media lists and craft press releases
