What We Need

Reporting into the SVP of Creative Services, the Senior Global Creative Director will lead the internal and external creative teams, creative direction, creative strategy and executional excellence for all marketing initiatives for a new AAA IP, globally.

What You Will Do

  • You’re responsible for innovating, evolving, and overseeing all the creative initiatives brand identities, marketing concepts and strategies for our game based on cultural triggers, audience insights and business needs.
  • You will be leading a creative team, including, but not limited to : Creative Director, Associate Creative Designer, Designers, Game Capture Artists, etc.
  • You will partner with the creative, marketing production, global marketing strategy, go-to-market, partnership, and analytics teams to create world-class creative.

You will be the connector and problem solver.

  • You will lead the creative vision across our marketing agency partners to ensure creative excellence and on on-time delivery.
  • You will innovate and create ideas with the creative teams.
  • You are participating and adding value to marketing strategies and planning while working together with producers to ensure on-budget and on-time creative delivery.
  • Manage and guide our external creative partners and agencies to create world class creative across all the medias in and out of game.

What Will Make You a Great Fit

  • First things first : You’re able to work in a fast-paced business culture with the ability to pivot quickly.
  • Deep experience with live-service games and passion for video games, and its industry processes.
  • You are not afraid to engage in hands-on creative projects. You enjoy concepting and have a keen eye for detail.
  • 12+ years of professional experience in the creative field. At least 5-7 years of experience building and leading creative teams.
  • Experienced managerial skills coupled with the ability to optimize people, processes, and craft.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills in global market language, including meeting facilitation and presentations across multiple locations and time zones.
  • Ability to efficiently communicate complex concepts, vision and topics to stakeholders and the broader organization, executives and partners.
  • Ability to elevate strategic thinking and planning.
  • Strong ability to develop high-profile, influential, and collaborative relationships across teams, functions, and geographies.
  • Can partner with Marketing Strategy and Operations teams to create world class creative campaigns, and execute said campaigns with excellence.
  • Deep understanding of creative workflows, production process and tools.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent combination of education and experience and training.

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $204,700 and $290,000 per Year.

However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.

Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and / or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits.

Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department / team performance, and market factors.
