Dans le cadre d'un projet de développement de la mycosylviculture sur le territoire Causses et Cévennes (Pays Viganais et Causses Aigoual Cévennes Terre Solidaire) la Mairie du Vigan recherche 2 stagiaires pour des périodes de 1 à 2,5 mois.
Stage "Tourisme" : en appui des partenaires locaux, professionnels et institutionnels, imaginer et créer un séjour touristique autour de la forêt.
Multifonctionnalité de la forêt, mycologie, immersion en forêt cévenole, tourisme durable, nature et patrimoine.
Stage "gastronomie - développement local" : Suite au cahier des charges et à l'analyse de la filière (éléments sur lesquels vous pourrez vous appuyer) nous approfondirons la création d'un produit gastronomique transformé à partir de champignons sylvestres séchés et de châtaigne.
En partenariat avec les producteurs et transformateurs locaux.
Ces stages sont non rémunérés mais un logement est possible éventuellement, selon la période.
En formation BTS ou Master dans le tourisme, le développement local, l'agronomie ou l'agroalimentaire.
