The team offers the architectural, engineering and construction (A / E / C) industry with a full suite of capabilities both in the lab and on site.

What are we looking for?As a Builder / Laborer you are responsible for the construction and dismantling of wood and steel bucks and walls and miscellaneous construction associated with building modifications and company expansion.

Shift / Schedule : Monday Friday core business hours (may vary slightly)What you’ll do : Follow and enforce all safety requirements and company policiesProvide exceptional customer serviceBuild or assist in building wood and steel bucks and walls to prepared drawingsBuild thermal enclosures and roof deckingMaintain tools, equipment, and work area in a neat, organized mannerPerform miscellaneous construction as requiredOperate equipment (pursuant to documented training) as directed (e.

g., forklifts, backhoe, scissor lift, overhead cranes, etc.)This position outline is a general guideline and does not represent all encompassing details.

The position assumes that the incumbent has both the mental and physical requirements to carry out the above defined duties.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications : High School Diploma or GED requiredComplete knowledge of all equipment and tools used in the completion of the duties listedAbility to read and understand chamber drawings and build accordinglyPossession of a reasonable understanding of wall systems, including sealing and anchoring methods and techniquesPhysical ability to routinely lift at least 50 poundsPhysical ability to sit, stand, crouch, bend, climb stairs and ladders, crawl, push, pull, etc.
