Description of Job Duties
This Graduate Assistant will be tasked with the responsibility of recruiting and retaining top student-athletes throughout the country.
As a college of destination and a college that seeks to recruit student-athletes from diverse communities, the graduate assistant for offense will be instrumental in the development of these student-athletes in their academics, social lives, athletics, and personal growth.
A student in the Leadership Program will create solutions, discover new leadership ideas and skills, and develop the ability to engage and motivate others.
The GA will gain experience in relationship development within different populations including but not limited to recruits, current student-athletes, alumni, coaches and other professionals in various departments across campus.

- Accepted into a graduate program at North Central College.
- Experience playing or coaching football, or athletic administrative experience.
- Current CPR / AED and First Aid certification, or eligibility to become current.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Experience in college athletics strongly preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record strongly preferred.
