Key Responsibilities
Partner with Benefits COE to administer US benefits programs and manage vendor relationships
Resolve complex employee benefits cases and act as a liaison between support teams
Manage benefits content and support the annual US Benefits Open Enrollment program
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in US Benefits and leave administration
2+ years of experience in an HR Shared Services support environment
Experience with Workday and HR ticketing / knowledge systems
Ability to manage sensitive employee information with professionalism
