A food manufacturing company is seeking a high-performing individual to join the team and drive customer acquisition and revenue growth in the frozen and freeze-dried fruits and vegetables industry.
Responsibilities :
- Develop a comprehensive sales and marketing plan.
- Conduct market intelligence research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and deliver impactful presentations on our products and services.
- Create regular reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Negotiate and close deals while addressing customer complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve superior results.
- Gather valuable feedback from customers or prospects and share insights with internal teams.
Requirements and Skills :
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive in the Food sector (Industrial, Retail, HORECA).
- Strong network in the Food industry.
- Logistics and supply chain knowledge in B2B and B2C environments.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
