SALES CONSULTANT - CHEVYLAND

Job Summary :

Chevyland is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for our automotive department.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our vehicles to potential customers, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.

This is a Full Time, commission only role in the automotive industry located in Shreveport, Louisiana. This is an individual contributor role with the potential to earn between $30,000 to $150,000 per year, paid monthly.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to earn a competitive commission-based salary, with a potential to earn between $30,000 to $150,000 per year.

Responsibilities :

Greet and interact with potential customers in a friendly and professional manner

Understand and promote our vehicles, features, and benefits to potential customers

Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and test drives with customers

Collaborate with the sales team to negotiate and close sales deals

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner

Maintain thorough knowledge of current market trends, competition, and product lineup

Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and other performance objectives established by management

Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships

Keep accurate records of all sales and customer interactions in the dealership's CRM system

Attend product and sales training sessions to continuously improve knowledge and skills

Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent, post-secondary education is an asset

Proven track record in achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service

Previous experience in the automotive industry is preferred

Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed

Proficient in using technology and CRM systems

Must pass a pre-employment background and drug screening
