Key Responsibilities
Oversee operation teams of up to 20 Customer Service Representatives, ensuring exceptional service delivery
Conduct regular coaching and performance evaluations to promote team growth and operational excellence
Analyze performance data and implement best practices to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in call center management within healthcare, dental, or Medicaid services
Proven ability to lead high-performing teams in a metric-driven environment
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data reporting and analysis
Familiarity with Medicaid policies and dental services compliance requirements
