Salary : $50,000 - $75,000

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Create engaging, high-quality animated micro-learning videos using Animaker software for our business accelerator program curriculum and other content needs for alumni and volunteers.
• Collaborate closely with the Program Development and Training Manager, the Entrepreneur Experience Manager, Technical Trainer, and other stakeholders to develop storyboards and scripts that convey complex ideas in a simple, visual, and engaging manner, aligning video content with overall program goals.
• Tailor video content to suit different cultural contexts, ensuring that it resonates with our diverse audience.
• Edit and revise videos based on feedback to ensure they meet the highest quality standards. Participate in focus group sessions to gather input and provide support during those feedback sessions.
• Manage multiple video production projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and deadline adherence.
• Conduct thorough reviews of all video content to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency.
• Utilize your understanding of entrepreneurship to create relevant, practical, and valuable content for aspiring entrepreneurs.
• Ensure that all content is produced in both English and Spanish with equal quality and effectiveness.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent written and oral communication, with a strong emphasis on cultural competency and the ability to effectively communicate across diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Flexible, adaptable, and well-organized, with a demonstrated capacity to navigate cross-cultural environments and foster inclusive spaces.
• Proven experience in animated video production, preferably with Animaker software. A portfolio of previous work is required.
• Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
• Strong creative skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into simple, engaging visual content.
• Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all videos are polished and error-free.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with other animated video production software and tools is a plus.
• Experience producing educational or training content, especially for business or entrepreneurship programs preferred.
• Understanding of e-learning principles and how to create content that supports online learning objectives is preferred.
• Background in entrepreneurship, whether through personal experience, education, or professional roles, is preferred.
